These Terms govern your use of the Haunters site and participation in events.

2. Ticketing & Refunds

• All sales final except event cancellation or as required by law.
• Weather delays may be rescheduled.

3. Safety Rules

• Follow staff instructions at all times.
• Intoxicated or aggressive behavior may result in removal without refund.

4. Age Restrictions

General attractions recommended 13+. “Hellbound” requires 18+ with ID and signed waiver.

5. IP & Content

Logos, graphics, and materials are property of Haunters.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, Haunters disclaims liability for indirect damages.
